Ward-Froch Super Six Final Postponed Sep 28th 2011, 12:46 Andre Ward was scheduled to face Carl Froch on Oct. 29 in Atlantic City, N.J. in the finals of the Super Six super middleweight tournament. Unfortunately, Ward suffered a cut above his right eye while sparring that required seven stitches so the fight has been rescheduled for Dec. 17. The bout will still be televised by Showtime and take place at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City. Ticketholders can either attend on Dec. 17 or get a refund at the point of purchase.
